Shipping and Returns
anca pora illustration SRL is the operator of www.ancapora.com.
By placing an order through this website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.currently the shipping cost is a flat rate as follows:
Domestic shipping (only in romania) : 3 Euros
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPINg : 6 EURos
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges only if the product you have received is damaged. Contact us within 14 days of delivery, send us a picture of the damaged item and we will replace it with a new one.
We don’t accept cancellations, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

Delivery Terms
all items are currently sent through the romanian post office and a tracking number will be provided once your order has been processed.
Processing orders can take from 1 to 3 days. Please be patient as this is a small business run by a single person.
Transit Time in Romania: in general, domestic shipments are in transit for a week at most but there should be excepts.
Transit time Internationally: generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 7 – 22 days.
NOTE: These are only estimates — shipping times can vary greatly. If you are an international customer, and you have not received your order after 6 weeks, please get in touch with me so we can figure out a solution.
Import Duties & Taxes
Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in destination country. This varies by country, and email encourage you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us. If you refuse to to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to email at the customers expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.
